INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The Leggero microloading weight can attach to your running shoes depending on your shoe tongue design or your location preference. The Leggero spheres are attached via threaded screw rods. If the spheres are hard to remove, hold the threaded screw rod in the center with needle nose pliers and loosen the sphere.

SHOE TONGUE LOOP:
Remove one sphere. Pass screw rod through tongue loop and thread sphere. Tighten both spheres in an opposite twisting motion.
*Tube is included but is not essential for this attachment.

SHOE LACE:
Remove one sphere and tube. Pass laces at preferred location through tube and re-lace shoe. Pass screw rod through tube and thread sphere. Tighten both spheres in an opposite twisting motion.

SHOE LACE GUIDE:
Remove one sphere. Pass the screw rod through the shoe lace guide and thread the sphere. Tighten both spheres in an opposite twisting motion.
